New WRRC Publication Tackles Groundwater, Climate, and Stakeholder Engagement

A special issue of the online journal Water has just been published. Entitled “Water Governance, Stakeholder Engagement, and Sustainable Water Resources Management,” this issue focuses on the relationship of governance and stakeholder engagement approaches to the development, evaluation, and adoption of solutions to water management challenges. It contains an article by various WRRC researchers entitled “Opening the Black Box: Using a Hydrological Model to Link Stakeholder Engagement with Groundwater Management,” which presents a case study involving hydrological model of the Upper Santa Cruz River basin near Nogales, Arizona.
