The sixth annual Arizona Water Professionals Appreciation Week is April 22–26, 2024.
This week of appreciation is held in conjunction with the AZ Water Conference to recognize water professionals’ role in ensuring clean and sustainable water supplies, to draw attention to career opportunities in the water industry, and to increase awareness of Arizona’s unique water resources. The celebration is punctuated by an invite-only kickoff reception at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix.
Thousands of professionals work in water-related fields in Arizona, and new employees are needed each year due to growth in the industry and to replace an aging workforce. The water industry offers a wide variety of rewarding career opportunities in engineering, hydrology, water operations, biology, policy, economics, business administration, law, and communications in these high-demand occupations.
