Parched, the Art of Water in the Southwest – Final Exhibit

Article submitted by Donald Bills, Emeritus Scientist/Hydrologist, Flagstaff Science Campus

Parched: the Art of Water in the Southwest is now on its final exhibit at the Natural History Institute in Prescott through April 8, 2022.

Visit their website for directions and ways to experience the exhibit in person or virtually. For interested Phoenix members, this would be an easy one hour drive and make a great day trip!

Parched continues to gain recognition as one of the best exhibits of its kind in recent years and has received the Viola award for both video and static arts.

The exhibit was sponsored by both AHS and AHSF.  A few Flagstaff members assisted in the formation of the exhibit and educated the artists on current water issues.
