AHSF Raffle Tickets Now Available to Purchase (Online Only)

Join us Thursday, September 16th from 5:00 to 8:00 PM for a return of AHS Casino Night—a fun-filled evening of casino games, including blackjack, craps, poker and roulette, as well as a raffle prize drawing and auction to benefit the Arizona Hydrological Society Foundation. The cost is included in your full registration, or you can purchase admission (which includes two drink tickets and hors d’oeuvres) separately.

If casino gambling is not your thing, you can instead separately purchase as many raffle tickets ($5 each) as you like online only before and during the symposium until 8:00 pm on Thursday, September 16th.

Pick your tickets up at the symposium registration desk. Each sponsor / exhibitor who offers a prize will have a container at their booth for you to deposit your ticket(s).

Only registered symposium attendees are eligible to purchase raffle tickets and/or participate in the auction; you need to be present to win and claim your prize. Purchase as many tickets as you like! At the end of the night we will draw tickets for the prizes at each sponsor’s exhibit booth and announce via the number on the ticket.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ
AHS policy for the symposium requires that event attendees and staff wear well-fitting masks that fit completely over their nose and mouth, except when actively eating and drinking during meals or the evening events (Ice Breaker and Casino Night). AHS encourages attendees to bring your own masks to the event, and AHS will have a limited number of masks on-site in the event that mask enforcement is necessary. Register today!

Regular full symposium registration is $375 for regular AHS members and $435 for regular non-members (an annual $45 AHS membership is included in the non-member price). Join AHS and save $15 on your symposium registration. Student registration is $130 for AHS members and $150 for non-members members (a $15 AHS student membership is included in the non-member price). This is the last week to reserve your room at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix / Tempe and take advantage of the AHS special rate. The booking rate is $129 per night plus tax (14.07%). To reserve a room, call 1-800-528-6481 and request the AHS rate. This rate expires September 9th.
