On May 3, 2014, the Arizona Water Well Association (AzWWA) and the Phoenix Chapter of AHS co-sponsored a geophysical logging workshop. The workshop was offered at the offices of Southwest Exploration Services and was conducted by Bob Crowder and Kevin Mitchell. The focus was on demonstration of various geophysical logging tools and interpretation of logging results. The workshop had six corporate sponsors and was attended by 37 hydrologists and drillers from around the state. The goal for the workshop was to help educate water professionals regarding this important service to our industry.
