The AHS Foundation is sad to bid farewell to Gail Cordy, who is retiring from our board of directors after 11 years of service that began when we launched in 2006. (That’s the same year she won the AHS Lifetime Achievement Award, by the way). For the past 6 years, Gail has served as president, making lasting contributions to this organization. Wish us luck in trying to figure out how to keep the ship afloat without her. And Gail, enjoy your retirement.
On more cheery note, the board is happy to welcome Erin Young and Beth Proffitt as new Foundation directors, replacing Gail and Chuck Graf. Monte Montgomery has agreed to step in as president to take over Gail’s duties.
