The Southeast Arizona Citizens Forum (SEAZCF) board will be starting a new term on March 15, with new members. The SEAZCF is a board established by the U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission to encourage dialogue on IBWC projects and related issues in Pima, Santa Cruz, and Cochise Counties. The IBWC is the entity responsible for implementing the boundary and water treaties between the United States and Mexico. SEAZCF meetings, which are open to the public, enable two-way flow of information between the IBWC and the community.
