Alison Jones is running another motorized Grand Canyon geology raft trip on July 9–15. The outfitter is Hatch River Expeditions. We’ll launch at Lee’s Ferry and helicopter out from Whitmore Wash (mile 188), with frequent stops for hikes and to see geologic and historical features. This trip is for geologists and nongeologists alike — it is a luxurious trip with great meals, and all camping gear is provided. No special skills necessary except for an adventurous spirit.
