The AHS corporate board has been busy updating our bylaws — and we’d like your feedback.
Believe it or not, we last updated our corporate bylaws nearly 20 years ago. As you know, a lot has changed since then; we now have a much larger membership, and our day-to-day operations have changed in response to new and better technologies — so it is time for a major update. As one of our key governing documents, our bylaws outline the duties of chapter and corporate officers, along with requirements and procedures for conducting meetings, elections, and much more.
We are making these draft bylaws available to members for review and comment before we officially adopt and approve them at our 2024 annual meeting, which will be held at the start of the ASU Flow event in Phoenix this October.
