Outside of springs, the most common means of accessing groundwater is via a well. A few bills directly related to wells have been introduced in this session of the Arizona Legislature. Many of the following descriptions were taken from the ADWR website on legislative affairs. ADWR’s position on most of them is neutral. It is not clear that any of these bills have reached the Governor’s desk yet.
