In planning the 6th International Symposium on Managed Aquifer Recharge (ISMAR6), which was held in Phoenix in 2007, the organizing/planning committee contracted with Karen Gray, The Hired Pen, editor/publisher of Acacia Publishing Company. Karen coordinated and published the ISMAR6 proceeding volume. As part of the agreement, Acacia later stored and sold the volumes that were not distributed or sold at ISMAR6. Sadly, on February 3, 2015, Karen, a resident of Gilbert, passed away suddenly.
Upon the closing of her company, AHS received a royalty check from a portion of the sales of the ISMAR6 proceeding volumes, along with the remaining unsold volumes. ISMAR9 organizers plan to have some of these available for sale at the June 20–24, 2016, symposium in Mexico City. If you would like to purchase a copy, please contact AHS.
