Abstract: ADEQ has developed a process to assign flow regimes to Arizona streams. The process utilizes 8 different data sources to determine the weight of evidence flow regime for a waterbody reach. Some of the data sources include gage data, SDAM surveys, and imagery reviews. ADEQ uses this approach to determine flow regimes for WOTUS evaluations and assignment of designated uses.
