Opportunities to Network, Learn, and Stay Current on Key Issues

Please consider supporting AHS by becoming a member.

Chapter Meetings & Events

Our chapter meetings typically feature presentations by professionals, researchers, and students, so they are a great way not only to learn but also to network. Meetings are open to the nonmembers, but AHS members often receive discounted pricing. The Phoenix, Tucson, and Flagstaff chapters occasionally host other events such as field trips, workshops, and beer tastings to raise money for scholarships and to educate members of the hydrologic community.

Symposia

Annual AHS symposium. AHS sponsors an annual symposium that features plenary, tech, and poster sessions, along with a meet-and-greet, workshops, field trips, and much more.

BSMAR. AHS, in conjunction with the Groundwater Resources Association (GRA) of California, holds a Biennial Symposium on Managed Aquifer Recharge (BSMAR), alternating between locations in the two states.
