Dragonfly Day 2014

Dragonfly Day 2014 will be held on March 29th, 2014 at the Rio Salado Habitat Restoration Area, which is located near downtown Phoenix. The Dragonfly Day event incorporates science, art, and recreation into a fun filled day for families. The event is a collaboration among the City of Phoenix, U of A Maricopa County Cooperative Extension. It is also an Arizona SciTech Festival signature event.

This is the second year of the event, which is organized almost entirely by volunteer Master Watershed Stewards who are responsible for seeking funding, educational booths, and coordinating the event logistics.  Educational booths focus on engagement of community through hands-on participation in water-related activities.  If your organization is interested in having a booth at the event, please contact the Master Watershed Stewards at MWSintern@gmail.com, exhibitor space is free but limited.
