On May 13, Thomas Buschatzke, Director of ADWR, signed an order issuing the Proposed Management Plan for the Tucson AMA for the Fourth Management Period, 2010 to 2020 (the “Fourth Management Plan”). A public hearing will be held on June 30. Any person may appear at the hearing, either in person or by representative, and submit oral or written comments on the proposed plan. Written comments may also be submitted by June 30 to Sharon Scantlebury via e-mail or fax (602-771-8686).
