Notice of 45-Day Public Comment Period — Draft 2016 Clean Water Act Assessment

ADEQ logoADEQ invites stakeholders to review and provide comments on its Draft 2016 Clean Water Act Assessment, which describes the water quality of Arizona’s streams and lakes. It determines whether a water can be used safely for drinking water, recreation, fish consumption, irrigation, and/or livestock watering, and whether it protects both aquatic life and wildlife.

The 45-day formal public comment period began on Monday, June 13, and ends Thursday, July 28.
