For the upcoming academic year, AHS will award three $2,000 scholarships for students at 4-year Arizona universities and colleges and one $1,000 scholarship for a student at Gateway Community College. Funding will be provided jointly by AHS and the AHS Foundation. The purpose of the awards is to encourage full-time students in hydrology, hydrogeology, or other water resources related field at an Arizona university or college to excel in their area of study.

The deadline for mailing in applications is April 30, 2015. The scholarships will be awarded during the Annual Symposium from September 16–18 at the Desert Willow Conference Center in Phoenix.
