2012 AHS Annual Water Symposium
September 18-21, 2012

Sponsors

The AHS Symposium Planning Committee invites you to support the 2012 AHS Annual Symposium by selecting one or more of the following sponsorship options. Committing to an option early (the reservation form must be received by June 18, 2012) will ensure that your organization will be recognized in the symposium registration brochure. In addition, all society-, corporate-, lunch-, and break-level sponsors and exhibitors will be listed on the symposium webpage and receive a link to their company website. Exhibit space is assigned by level of sponsorship and donation date.

To become a sponsor:

  1. Review the Sponsorship Matrix and Descriptions (included on Sponsorhip Form and also on this webpage).
  2. Consider adding a Teacher and/or Student Sponsorship.

  3. Download and complete the Sponsorship Form.
  4. Send the form to Mike Hulst, Fundraising Committee Chair.

Payment: To save the Society processing fees, we would prefer payments by check, but we provide credit card payments for your convenience.

Platinum Level Sponsor (Donation of $5,000 and above)
  • Your company name will be prominently published in the symposium program and proceedings.
  • Acknowledgment of your sponsorship of the society will be prominently displayed on a special placard and announced daily during the symposium.
  • Your company name and logo will appear on the top of the AHS webpage, and a link to your company website will be provided for one year.
  • An exhibitor space of your choice will be provided for your use (in order of donation date).
  • Four full symposium registrations will be provided.
Gold Level Sponsor (Donation of $3,000)
  • Your company name will be published in the symposium program and proceedings.
  • Acknowledgment of your sponsorship will be prominently displayed on a placard and announced during the symposium plenary session.
  • Your company name and logo will appear on the AHS webpage, and a link to your company website will be provided for one year.
  • An exhibitor space will be provided for your use (in order of donation date and number of spaces subject to availability).
  • Three full symposium registrations will be provided.
Silver Level (Donation of $2,000)
  • Your company name will be published in the symposium program and proceedings.
  • Your support will be announced during the symposium on a placard of contributors prominently displayed at the symposium.
  • Your company name and logo will be listed on the symposium webpage with a link for one year.
  • An exhibitor space will be provided for your use (in order of donation date and number of spaces subject to availability).
  • Two full symposium registrations will be provided
Event Sponsors ($200, $300 & $400 Levels) –Symposium Registration are not included for Event Sponsorship
  • 200 contributors may sponsor specific breaks.
  • $300 contributors may sponsor lunches, the Wednesday night icebreaker, the field trips,
  • $400 for the Thursday night dinner.

Exhibitors

Twenty-seven exhibitor spaces (6-Premium) immediately outside the meeting rooms surrounding the break area.

Exhibitors and Premium Exhibitors ($600 or $800)
  • Exhibitors will be provided with an 8 ft wide x 8 ft deep space, a 6 ft table, table cloth, skirt, and two chairs.
  • Your company information will be published in the symposium program and proceedings, and your company name and logo will be listed on the symposium webpage. Your logo on the AHS webpage will be linked to your corporate web page until the next symposium.
  • Lunch will be provided for one company representatives during the two days of sessions. Symposium registration fees are not included.
  • Additional company representatives can be added on a per day basis ($85/day); however, the fee will not include membership dues to the Society.

The number of exhibitor spaces are limited, and they will be filled on a first come, first served basis. A 50% nonrefundable deposit will reserve an exhibitor space, with the balance due by July 1, 2012. No refunds will be available for exhibitor cancellations after July 1, 2012. Reservations will continue to be accepted after July 1, as space permits. You can supply your own power strip, otherwise there is an additional cost of $8. Internet and or telephone connection at your booth can be arranged with the Desert Willow. (602-431-0001).

Teacher and Student Sponsorship ($100)

For the first time AHS Foundation is offering a Sponsorship for Teachers and Students to the Symposium. The Teacher Sponsorship will fund teacher attendance for the teacher’s workshop and Symposium attendance for the remainder of the workshop day. The Student Sponsorship will assist funding of Student registrations to the Symposium and provide an avenue for further education and the opportunity to network with other students and professionals and gain valuable insight into their future careers. Both Sponsorships will include the mention at the lunch event. Student and Teacher Symposium Sponsorship to the AHS Foundation qualify as a tax deductible charitable donation.
